2. Payment operations platform from DuyHan.

The payment system at DuyHan provided by partners is the inland payment gateway in Vietnam and international payment gateway, this payment gateway is connected to inland and international banks system.

Accordingly, the payment security standards at DuyHan will comply with the Payment Gateway Partner's security standards.

3. Standards and Principles.

The policy of payment by inland and international cards ensures compliance with security standards from Payment Gateway Partners, including:

• Standard data security on internet SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

• Certification of payment information data security standards (PCI DSS).

• MD5 encryption standard.

• Information security rules and regulations in accordance with the Laws of the State Bank of Vietnam.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers access the website via HTTPS protocol.

5. Commitment from DuyHan

We are committed to not storing any credit card numbers and card security codes of customers. All payment information of our customers will be processed by the authorized bank at the time of transaction or payment gateway of partner,  Customers will enter card information on the system of Payment Gateway Partner. This process is protected by an advanced security system. When there are arising issues related to the security of payment card information, Customers contact the Payment Gateway Partner to be resolved, and notify DuyHan to co-support the settlement.

6. DuyHan refused to support co-resolution in the following cases:

• Customers do not perform purchase transactions according to "https: //" protocol, risk of leaking payment information.

• Customers do not perform good security as well as related forms such as: using public computers, buying and payment but not Logging out accounts, using the system to automatically remember the Bank card codes when perform transactions on the browser or use computers that do not guarantee information security.

• Customer accidentally or intentionally disclosed payment information to a third party.

• DuyHan has the right to refuse support in case the cause does not come from DuyHan's system.
