Product Return Policy
We always hope for after-sales policy from GIA HAN (Duy Han), Customers can feel comfortable choosing & rest assured shopping.
Now we would like to announce to customers: "PRODUCT RETURN POLICY" as below:
Policy scope: Product return policy applies to all items & products supplied by GIA HAN, collectively referred to as commodity.
1. Commodity will be exchanged in one of the following cases:
- GIA HAN delivered wrong quantity and specifications of commodity to customers.
- Commodity with technical errors from the manufacturer and supplied by GIA HAN.
- Commodity are defective, damaged, torn due to the transport process from GIA HAN to customers.
Customers note:
- Please inform GIA HAN immediately within 48 hours in case of wrong specifications or errors from the Manufacturer.
- For defective commodity, damaged by shipping to Customers please report immediately to GIA HAN within 2 hours from the time you receive the commodity. since receiving the commodity if one occurs in the newly mentioned cases. Returned commodity must be in new condition, unused, warranty stamp or warranty card intact, not torn, scratched or lose angle, edge.
- In case of wrong delivery, GIA HAN will carry out the missing quantity and send the commodity to you in the fastest time possible..
- In case customers buy commodity from GIA HAN and have a need to change to another group commodity or different commodity but not from GIA HAN's error, we accept to convert other commodity to Customer Rules but not more than 2 conversions & incurred costs will be notified in advance to customers via email, phone, text or social networking tools.
- GIA HAN's commodity accept to exchange when the commodity is not used, still in new condition, warranty stamp or warranty card is intact, not torn, scratched or lost angle, edge and exchanged commodity must be equal to or higher than the price of the commodity purchased.
2. GIA HAN refuses to exchange commodity in the following cases:
- Commodity Used.
- Items in which there is wear and tear, damage or visible usage
- If there is no original packaging and/or is missing parts or accessories
- Warranty stamp or warranty card is not intact, torn, scratched or lost angle or edge.
- Not an error originating from GIA HAN.
- Not a fault due to the process of transporting commodity to customers
- Beyond the incident response time (48 hours) from the time you receive the wrong delivery specifications or faulty commodity issued by the Manufacturer.
- Over 2 hours for error due to shipping process to customers.
- Commodity were exchanged previously by GIA HAN.
- Commodity are not provided by GIA HAN.
- GIA HAN does not apply for the return of commodity for products that are broken by users, damaged by accidents or natural disasters, improperly used, not in accordance with regulations from the Manufacturer.
- Specially marked commodity cannot be returned on our website, either on the commodity list or in the product catalog. Some special cases DuyHan will notify customers in advance and decide before buying commodity.
- GIA HAN is allowed to refuse to exchange or replace commodity in case it does not meet the requirements in GIA HAN's return policy or request to return too many times, abusing policies from GIA HAN.
Policy adjustment right: GIA HAN has the right to adjust policies at any time in accordance with the current situation with fair to fair & legal criteria to create a favorable environment for co-operation.
